IDG is being built deliberately: no seat is announced until it is filled, and no package ships without a named professional behind each conclusion. These are the roles the first mandates require.

Project Finance Lead: Has taken files through credit committee at a commercial bank or DFI. Owns the lender relationships.
Technical & Feasibility Engineer: Agriculture and energy engineering depth; signs off the first leg and defends it under diligence.
Regulatory & Offtake Counsel: Regulatory and contract experience; structures the offtake that the second leg depends on.
Data & Analytics Engineer: Builds and maintains the regulatory data and analytical tooling the preparation method runs on.
Origination: Sources sponsors and offtakers across the Indus corridor; qualifies every project against the screen.
