Technology
Project preparation has always been manual, slow, and thinly supplied. We rebuilt it as infrastructure. A proprietary compound-reasoning system composes the analysis behind every package, grounds each regulatory conclusion in the region's own record, and shows its workings in full — with a named professional accountable for every decision it supports.
Architecture
Cooperating models are composed dynamically for each file and orchestrated into one reasoned position — traceable, end to end, from conclusion back to source.
Reads the file, breaks it into the questions behind each of the three legs, and decides which model answers each. The routing itself is part of the audit trail.
A model tuned for project finance answers domain questions against local rules — each answer citing the determination, filing or precedent behind it.
General-purpose frontier models are brought in for breadth — consulted for context, never as the source of a regulatory fact. Provider-agnostic by design.
The sub-answers are unified into one position, with every step preserved — so any conclusion can be traced back to the evidence that produced it.
Applied to a project
The composition runs the full bankability test on a file — and every conclusion it reaches is one a person can interrogate, line by line.
Site and resource data, counterparty identity, sponsor history, draft contracts.
The file is split into the sub-questions behind each leg — yield, tariff, interconnection, counterparty credit, sponsor capacity — and each is routed.
Each answer cites the determination, filing or precedent behind it. Breadth comes from frontier models; regulatory facts come only from the record.
Our practitioners accept, challenge or overturn every material conclusion — and sign the package. The system supports the decision; a named professional makes it.
Grounded in local rules
The rules that govern a project here are public — but scattered, unstructured, and rarely read together. Structuring them, and keeping them current as they change, is the unglamorous work the whole method stands on.
The moat
Any firm can rent a general-purpose model and put a prompt in front of it. What stands behind this practice is a different order of thing — and each of its three layers takes years, not weeks, to reproduce.
The system is a composition of specialised reasoning engines running on an orchestration substrate of our own — engineered end to end for one job. A generic model answers questions; ours is built to defend a file in front of a credit committee.
Years of the region's tariff determinations, grid rules and financing circulars — structured, cross-linked and kept current. The documents are public; the readable, reasoning-ready record of them exists in one place: here.
Each project run adds practitioner-verified rules the system keeps. The advantage compounds with every file — so a copy doesn't start behind us, it starts at zero while we keep moving.
Coming
The next generation of our reasoning system is in build — engineered for accuracy above all, at a speed no manual process can match, on a substrate of our own. We'll say more when it clears our own bar. Watch this space.
Where this stands
The system is in active development. We are validating it the only honest way: on real projects, run end to end, with every gap between its output and a lender-grade standard logged, sourced and closed.
Each point where the system's output falls short of the standard is recorded with the data that closes it, then closed. What it produced before human correction is preserved, so its contribution stays separable from its reviewers'.
A named professional reviews, challenges and signs every material conclusion. That is not a limitation we tolerate; it is the design. The system supports the decision — a person is accountable for it.
Our standard
Our applied system is under active development; it is not a shipped product, and we do not present it as one. We make no claim about it we could not defend under diligence — no asserted performance we have not measured, no capability implied before it exists. No claim without a source, no conclusion without workings — on a project's behalf or our own.
